We rented a bus (for guests), a limo (for wedding party), and several towncars (for guests) for our wedding. This is the only company we could find that would make a coordinated bid with all of the services we needed. There were some logistical complications (like the bus picking up from the hotels in a different order/time than agreed upon and the limo driver not checking to make sure that all belongings were out of the trunk), but nothing to ruin the day. They were flexible enough to allow us to extend our time with virtually no notice. Overall, acceptable experience.

The customer service is horrible. He overcharged me and despite my asking for an invoice of the charges 5 times the invoice was still not sent. He told me that if I could not afford a limo I should not hire one.
