They even offer that if you have any un-opened, un-used sparklers you can return them for a refund. I got a very quick response after ordering, and they were shipped very quickly. I'd buy from them again in the future.

Mark was terrific! We required several proofs and he made the changes in a timely manner. The ketubah is just beautiful, even better framed. We will recommend him and definitely use him should our daughter want a ketubah or marriage certificate.

I exchanged emails with Mark with Say Anything Design and he was extremely helpful in designing the platter with the customizations I requested. They worked on it over the weekend and had it to me three days before my wedding! I paid a fortune for shipping but it was well worth it!

Mark was not flexible and rude. try zazzle they stand behind customer satisfaction and will replace any order until you are happy. unlike this customer satisfaction guarantee where the owner says,"Your error, I'm not going to eat it". Very unproffessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
