The level of service provided by Sara was extremely bad. We are writing this review to warn the next couple. We were Married in May of 2021. Sara only took approx 130 pictures over a 6 hour period for $1600 dollars. We honestly received better photos from friends and family on their cell phone. After she had been paid, she did not communicate with us for about a month (she noted we would get a preview in a week). She did not return phone calls or texts after we became worried something may be amiss, resulting in unnecessary stress. We ultimately was ignored after payment and she was on to the next client. She eventually apologized and noted we would receive a 8×10 photo frame for the trouble, that never happened either... I couldn't recommend her less.
