Facilities and Capacity

Sandy's Oceanview features a selection of event spots for you and your partner-to-be to celebrate to the fullest. The Special Occasion & Event Venue Rental offers an elegant country setting where guests can embrace outstanding oceanfront views. It's the ideal location for intimate gatherings, accommodating 15 people overnight and 25 during the day. Here, the team also caters to all kinds of special events, from anniversaries to birthday parties and wedding festivities. Alternatively, the Vacation Villa is perfect for unwinding and having fun in the sun. It features a spacious home where you'll get to take in countless scenes of green trees, colorful blooms, and warm sunsets. For your long-awaited journey down the aisle, you and your guests can enjoy full access to the property. Most importantly, you'll get to exchange the most sincere vows at the ceremony site, offering fantastic coastal views and a stunning backdrop for pictures.

Services Offered

The venue's staff diligently works to help couples experience the day of their dreams. They can provide private transportation services for guests to travel to and from their location to a given destination. They'll even set up your ceremony, including furniture, seats, flowers, and aisle decor. Sandy's Oceanview also employs skilled bartenders and service staff who handle all the essential details, creating a seamless special occasion from start to finish.

Packages include the following:

A

• Family package: contact host (up to 50 guest total on event day)
• 3 days and 2 nights accommodation for couple and up to 4 overnight guest

B

• Micro Package A- $2200 starting price (Thursday to Saturday) – 6 guest total
• 3 days and 2 nights accommodation for couple and up to 4 overnight guest (4 rooms)

B

• Micro Package B- $3200 starting price (Friday to Monday) - 8 guest total
• 4 days and 3 nights accommodation for couple and up to 6 overnight guest (5 rooms)

Fees for extra guests or extended stay

• Additional cost: for extended accommodation - $400/night
• Additional cost- for overnight guest
• Maximum overnight guest = 15
• Maximum overnight and day guest =20 (only on event day)

Event hours:

• 3 hours of event time (time can be extended as discussed and agreed)
• 3 hours of photo coverage

Wedding cake

• Included- 1 layer cake/ cake stand/ cutting utensils/ plates and desert forks

Dressing rooms
