We wanted full service catering from SATCo, however they were unable to provide such. We ended up hiring a couple of food service people to pick up the food and set everything up at the reception site. The food was great, so I heard (we didn't get to eat anything but cake). My only complaint is that we really could have used much more food than what was provided.
