Vivere Visuals is a husband and wife wedding photography team based in Columbus, Ohio, specializing in playful, deliberate and timeless imagery. We achieve this through an intentional process of co-creating with our couples. We passionately believe that every couple is unique, therefore, our artistry reflects the distinctive relationship that each couple brings to their engagement session and wedding day.
The balance of artistry and candid photography is accomplished by how we work together as a married couple and photography team. With a background in award winning ballroom dance competition and professional instruction, Sam expertly guides our couples through our naturally posed portraiture technique with both exuberance and efficiency. Catching the moment is Monica’s speciality, whether it is the laughter filling the bridal party suites, kids owning the dance floor or grandma smoothing the bride’s dress. Together this ensures the wedding day gallery is a balanced reflection of the celebration, with playful, deliberate and timeless imagery, and comprehensive documentation of the laughter, tears and shenanigans!
Our imagery is vibrant because we love true-to-reality colors, which we enhance through thoughtful editing. Your heirloom album, fine art galleries, prints, and digital images are truly timeless, so we enhance and edit your images so they endure.

Amazing photographers
I heard about this later from my guests, but apparently right before the ceremony (it was outdoors) someone started mowing their lawn very close to our ceremony site. In order to get to the person and alert them to stop, Sam walked right through a patch of poison ivy and went straight up to the guy to get him to stop. It’s not every photographer that will go that extra mile for someone, and we are very grateful for that.
We also got our photos back literally 1 week after the wedding, which was a LOT faster than we were expecting. They turned out great, we love every one of them! We went with collection B, which includes an album of selected photos. Can’t wait to get the album!

Sam was wonderful to work with. We were from out of state and my husbands family lives in Toledo. He drove there, from Columbus, Ohio, so he could do our engagement photos. He took a lot of time to make sure it was the perfect location for the pictures. He has the most charismatic and funny personality.
For the wedding everyone made comments about how great the photographer was. We all felt as if Sam was a family friend just there taking some pictures. As for the pictures, they were gorgeous! My friends and family were so impressed. I truly don’t know what pictures to pick to enlarge because they are all so beautiful. I would book Sam again in a heartbeat!
