We hired Sambels to cater our wedding. After having many people recommend their services. Not only where they very professional and caring. Their food was nothing short of amazing. Our wedding ended up falling on the day that mother nature decided to not be so nice. Places around our tent where flooding, needless to say the ceremony started an hour late. Chef Sambel was totally accommodating. The prime rib was the best I have ever had and was still hot to eat. Thank you Bob and Brenda Sambel. You yourselves and crew will never be forgotten.

We hired them to cater a wedding, very disappointing service! Wedding was at 1 and we had planned on eating at 3. They arrived at 11 am and began setting up including putting out food. It was hot and humid that day and the had no coverage for the food nor were the salads on ice they got up set with us when we weren’t eating at 2:30 and told us we needed to start eating or they would need to put the food away.. we started our line thru the buffet and once people had their plates they shortly came around saying if anyone wanted more they had to go up because they were putting things away! They may be good at their food truck but I wouldn’t recommend them for a wedding.
