Rugged Horizon Events and Weddings is a barn venue located in St. Ignatius, Montana, 35 minutes north of Missoula and 35 minutes south of Polson. If you’re outdoorsy or adventurous and looking to explore Montana further after your celebration, this venue offers the perfect location for doing so with its close proximity to the National Bison Range, Mission Falls, Flathead Lake and Glacier National Park.

Facilities and Capacity
With Rugged Horizon Events and Weddings, you can enjoy a rustic barn wedding at any time of year. You can have your ceremony with a scenic backdrop in the hay meadow or front lawn before heading to the barn for your reception. In addition to heated floors, the barn features tables and chairs, restrooms, prep space for caterers, French doors, garden patios, WiFi coverage and adequate space for dancing and celebrating. The venue has a maximum capacity of 170 guests.

Accommodation
Upstairs you’ll find a loft apartment, which can be used as a place to get ready and as a place to stay. This apartment features a king-size bed, kitchen, clawfoot tub and shower, living room and dining area and two balconies where you can enjoy the amazing views. If you grab some binoculars, you might even see a herd of bison. If you’re in the mood to read, the master bedroom’s bookshelf features some Montana reads. In addition to the master bedroom, there is a leather couch that can fold out into a queen bed for two additional people, meaning the apartment can accommodate four. The apartment is rustic in style and the bathroom is spacious and luxurious, allowing you to relax and pamper yourself.
