The cakes were exactly what we expected and tasted even better than we imagined. We have used Ruby's since the wedding for other events and the cake is always great!

I had heard Rubys was a go to for weddings cakes. After doing a tastings at a bridal show I was very impressed and so happy we went with her. We cut the cake with her butter pecan cake and I know I will remember that moment because of the flavor burst!

Yum! Ok, even though my cut piece of cake ended up all over my face (thanks to my loving and lovable husband), the cake that I did have later was delicious! Here are my main thoughts with this vendor.
-Delicious - Really. Moist and flavorful.
-Beautiful - Chari did a gorgeous lacework on the middle tier of my cake.
-Versatile - She's super talented and craft. We had the wedding cake, cupcakes, and a groom's cake in which I drew up a design and sent it to her and she made it happen! There are also so many flavor options! Be sure to ask which flavors can be done in which style of cake though.
-Contact - Easy to contact and very good about replying to e-mails.

Overall - wonderful. I was very happy with Ruby's Cakes.

The cake was so delicious! But during our consultation we came up with little designs for each cupcake flavor, and when they were delivered they had nothing on the tops of them except for white frosting. Nothing like what we had discussed.
