We made several trips to RSVP in Fort Smith, AR.
We were always made welcome. The personnel went
out of their way to create tables over and over for us
to actually see how they would look. They made
changes as often as we needed them. They delivered
at 6:00 pm on a Friday and picked up at 7:00 am on Monday.
They delivered 'extras' in case we needed them. We would
recommend RSVP.

Avoid, she cancelled on me one month before our date saying she booked another client.
I was very disappointed with the communication and booking process at RSVP Event Rentals. We discussed our October 2026 wedding décor for months, shared inspiration photos, discussed the venue and guest count, and made clear that we were seriously interested in booking.
The biggest issue was communication. Every time we called, the number went to voicemail, so we had to rely on Facebook messages or email. Responses often took days or weeks, which is extremely stressful when you are trying to plan a wedding and coordinate with other vendors.
We received a rough price for the ceiling and entrance décor, but we did not receive a complete professional quote or itemized invoice for everything we discussed. We were also not clearly told earlier in the process that a signed contract and deposit were required to reserve our date. As a first time couple planning a wedding, we did not know we were expected to ask for a contract, deposit link, payment invoice, and booking terms ourselves. That should have been clearly explained and offered by the company.
Because communication was inconsistent and pricing was unclear, I had to start looking at other wedding décor companies. Then, less than two months before the wedding, RSVP Event Rentals told us they were booked for the week of our event and could no longer do it.
I understand that vendors need contracts and deposits to hold dates. However, when a client is actively communicating, sharing ideas, asking for estimates, and expressing that they want to hire you, the vendor should provide a clear written quote, contract, deposit instructions, and confirmation of whether the date is being held. It should not be the customer’s responsibility to figure out the booking process, especially when wedding planning is new to them.
The décor examples were beautiful, and we truly wanted to work with RSVP Event Rentals. Unfortunately, the lack of responsiveness, unclear pricing, lack of a timely formal quote or contract, and late notice that they were unavailable made the process far too stressful.
My advice to anyone considering RSVP Event Rentals is to get everything in writing right away. Ask for a complete itemized quote, signed contract, deposit amount, payment deadline, cancellation terms, and written confirmation that your event date is officially reserved. Do not assume that conversations, inspiration photos, or messages mean your date is secured.
