As artists, my husband and I were looking for something aesthetically different when it came to our photos. We wanted photos that were moody and rich with emotional charge. In the sea of wedding photographers who overplay the running-down-the-beach-at-sunset style, Rosey Red's work is a brilliant and electrifying injection of cinematic storytelling and deep-seated emotion. Every shot is intentionally captured and carefully crafted. Their magic lies in their ability to see every shade of a couple in still moments and present their love stories as the greatest love story of all time, without a single word said. When I look at the photos of the other couples they've worked with before, I feel a sense of warmth and familiarity, like I already know each of them even without having met them at all. We were so excited to join that club!

Ashley and Ben are the perfect combination of talented, kind, and professional. When we met them in person for our engagement shoot in Yosemite, we were nervous and shared our fears of being awkward (as most couples do). They created a safe space for us to ease into and guided us the whole way, reminding us to breathe and be present in the process. It was honestly such a profound experience for us to slow down and sink into each moment. My husband and I had been so focused on wedding planning that we had forgotten to appreciate each other and remind ourselves what the wedding was for. We ran around the forest floors together for five hours and it felt like we were going on an adventure with old friends, laughing away the stress and finding ourselves falling in love with each other all over again.

Guys. How do I even start. Ashley and Ben are: so kind, thoughtful, talented, funny, caring (same as kind?), and 100% worth it. I was recommended by a friend and didn't bother to book or even look at anyone else. Their work is STU-NUH-ING (Stunning with some sass in there). When they claim 'capture the love' they mean it and they own it. They are what my husband and I call 'Emotional Vampires' because they thrive on the vulnerability of love. When we saw our photos it brought us back to our wedding day with ALL THE FEELS. That is all.

Ben & Ashley are amazing people and artists! As an artist myself, I knew I wanted something unconventional & unique for our big day. I absolutely fell in love with them when I came across their website. I literally sat there for an hour scrolling through gifs and getting teary eyed. They are unique and capture emotions like it's nobody's business. Professionally, they are on board every step of the way. All my questions and concerns were answered in a timely manner. The day of our wedding they were both so attentive and helpful. My husband won't stop talking about how Ben watched a Tom cruise movie in the cabin with him lol it really helped with calming his nerves . We are so pleased with our photos. I can't tell you how many times we've watched the slideshow and cried. The only downside is that the day didn't last longer.
