When my now-husband and I were planning our wedding, we were iffy (very back and forth) on the whole “hiring a videographer/cinematographer” front. Mainly because we paid for the entire wedding ourselves and we were trying to keep costs down. However, our need to capture and immortalize our day won out and we ended up hiring Ryan. We are professional photographers ourselves, so we were very discerning on who to hire to capture our day in an emotional, organic, and artistic manner. Ryan Rodinis fit that bill for us perfectly.

Best idea ever.

Fast forward to when we received our wedding movie DVD.

We sat on the couch, cuddled up with our son, all holding hands and watching the moments of our day play out. Stunningly well put together, amazingly crisp and emotional imagery, and a magical soundtrack–gorgeous through and through. When it was over, my husband and I turned to one another and said, at the same time, “SO worth it.” Then, my hubby made a comment about the movie being irrefutable proof of our joint nerdiness and his inability to dance, and we collapsed into giggles. [he just asked me to leave out the him-collapsing-into-giggles-part, but I'm not, because I am honest. And honestly, he did.]

We have, at this point, watched our movie countless times. It’s that awesome.

If you want to check out what you are getting yourself into by hiring Ryan (I promise, you do), you can check out our full movie here: http://chelseapatriciablog.com/2011/10/pink-wedding-dress-ryan-rodinis-atlanta-wedding-cinematographer-videographer/

Ryan was exactly the videographer we were looking for! He was punctual, professional and exceptionally creative. We asked him to travel to Tabernash, CO from Atlanta, GA for our wedding, and he agreed without hesitation. He went above and beyond to make sure he captured every special detail of our wedding. We couldn't have asked for a better finished product - we love our video! :)

Ryan did my wedding recently and came with us out to Colorado to create what I feel is the most beautiful wedding film I've ever seen (of corse I'm a bit biased lol).

I came across Ryan because he did a friend of our wedding and the film (notice I'm not using the word video).

I happen to be in a business where we create about 50-60 videos a year. I have used Ryan for special projects where I need a film not a video....there is a difference.

Film and the art Ryan creates takes time. So in response to the below comment, the bride should have hired a half rate wedding "videographer", who most likely outsources the editing to Indonesia (yes people this does happen).

So in response to the below comment, do yourself a favor and take a couple of film editing classes and see how long it take to load and edit a few hours of footage into a 3 -5 minute film. You just might delete your review. There's an old saying when it comes to getting a project done and done right, if you could only choose two of the three (good, cheap, fast), which two would you choose?

Finally- go to Ryan's site and check out his work. I can assure you (again I work at a wedding and events venue) you will not find a better person to capture the beauty of your day. Every video on his site is carefully crafted and are beautiful enough to make most dudes cry.

Check out our film: Kandace + Rusty

hi, i wanted to put a warning out there for all brides and grooms in planning stages of their wedding. DO NOT book RODINIS FILMS as your wedding videographer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It took over a year after my wedding to get my video and the videographer is an unresponsive a-hole that gives fake promises!!!!!!!! Found other brides who booked him & are still waiting after being told it would take a few months!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Trust me, take your money elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!!!

In regards to Rodinis Films LLC (Ryan Rodinis),

Last year my husband and I hired Ryan Rodinis as our wedding videographer in July 2015. He was hired to video 12 hours of footage. We had no issues with him and his assistant during the wedding. We waited patiently to receive the raw footage and highlight for several months. We finally received the highlight 9 months later but did not receive the raw footage that we agreed upon. After numerous phone calls and emails to Ryan, in which he assured us the footage would be sent, we, to this date (15 months after our wedding) have not received our wedding footage. My husband and I are incredibly patient people who did not request any special edits and only asked for what was agreed upon in the contract. The footage was suppose to be delivered to us a maximum of 12 months after our wedding date. We are now having to pursue litigation as we have exhausted all other avenues to obtain our footage from Ryan, which was incredibly costly. We would strongly recommend proceeding with caution in considering RodinisFilms for your wedding.
