The level of customer service Rockstar Party Rentals provided was beyond expectation. Jacob went ABOVE & BEYOND to make our day flawless and everything I had envisioned for our wedding day. He was patient, insightful and efficient, bringing together every random idea I gave him. He was super responsive, even during the late hours of the day. You can tell he really takes pride in what he does and cares about his clients. They provided everything from our DJ equipment, to a custom pipe & drape structure for the ceremony to lighting for our sweetheart table. They delivered both ways, set-up and broke down (at 1am!). The prices were more than reasonable & the process was easy and painless.This is honestly not enough space to express how much I appreciated their help during our big day. Jacob even went the extra mile when I asked him to hang lights for me last minute (obviously in a panic being an hour out from go time) with a smile & a no problem response. I cannot recommend them enough. I will definitely refer them to all my friends and hope to have a reason to work with them again in the future. The Rockstar Rental team did an amazing job with the lighting for our wedding in Denver. They provided overhead market lights as well as stage back lights the hung almost like a curtain behind the band... absolutely beautiful! Their service was outstanding and provided early setup and smooth removal the same night of the event. Will definitely use again. Thank you!

We used Rockstar Rentals for a sound system for our wedding. We didn't want a typical dance, but still wanted background music playing. We came up with our own playlist, but needed a system that would fit our needs. We were so happy with Rockstar Rentals! Josh came and set up the equipment, did the transfers from the outdoor ceremony to the indoor reception, stayed through the entire reception to monitor the equipment and make sure everything worked ok, and then tore down and took everything back. It was so hassle-free and we didn't have to worry about setting up and moving the equipment around on our own. He even did some MC duties for us by announcing our wedding party. Rockstar Rentals was exactly what we were looking for. He was very responsive with emails, usually within a few hours, and was very friendly and a pleasure to work with!
