Discriminates against people with disabilities!
Unbearably rude and discriminatory against people with disabilities. Don’t let them ruin your wedding with such awful treatment. I’m the neighbor of a person with numerous disabilities who couldn’t figure out how to book her daughters school portrait online. First, her daughter, a person with disabilities, and her teacher couldn’t figure it out at school. She came home and told Mom she had to do it instead. So second, I came over to help. 30 minutes into clicking forward to get to the date they needed the site reloaded to the beginning in error. At that point we called AS WRITTEN ON THE PHOTOGRAPHY PAGE if you have issues. We got voicemail. I left one. The woman returned the call a day later and was SOOOOO RUDE! She spoke badly of my neighbors disabilities to me (!!!!!), including that “she just doesn’t understand anything” and I was done with the photography studio at that point. She should be fired for cause immediately for discrimination. The photography woman blamed it on the school, the internet, the website, my neighbor. The THIRD time we tried it took over 25 minutes to get back to the same page. The page is set up entirely wrong with no ability to go to a date without flipping through the hundred or so pages of the MONTHS OF DATES PRIOR!!!! When I spoke to my neighbor later, without telling her my experience on the phone, she volunteered that the woman was “so awful and rude!” when she called her back. She told me about the conversation and how the woman hung up on her!!!!! Let me close again by saying this woman should be fired immediately and no school district should use this company. We will both be calling our school district to end this relationship.
