You've just gotten married, you walk into the reception hall with your better half on your arm, it's time to Celebrate! You don't want to have to worry about how the reception is going to go. This will all be planned out ahead of time! I'll set up a time with you and your fiance' before your big day and we'll plan out "Every detail"
as to the order you want your reception to go, the styles of music, songs you really want to hear, songs that you don't...
I'll work as Coordinator for your Reception, Master Of Ceremony so to say, making the announcements;
From the Toast by the Best Man/Maid Of Honor, or whoever, also giving you a chance to thank your guests, Cutting The Cake, Your First Dance, Parents Dance (Father Daughter / Mother Son dance is usually right after your first dance as husband and wife),
Bouquet & Garter toss, Money Dance, (this is a cool way for your guests to actually get a chance to dance with the two of you and feel like they are helping out the wedding couple!) including anything else you'd like!
I also work with your photographer timing all those special pictures!
As an added feature we work in some Wedding Reception Photography of our own,
catching professional quality digital candid shots of your reception and guests throughout the evening.
We added this service about two years ago and it's really taken off!
We've found that there is a need for additional reception photography... how so?
Many times you hire a photographer for an allotted amount of time...
they may only stay for the major pictures of the reception, first dance, parents dance, etc.
There are so many other pictures, candid shots, that might be missed, especially as your party get really hopping! Sure the cameras that are placed on the table may be a great idea...
until one of your guests young children decides to "play photographer" and you get beautiful pictures of the floor or ceiling... Ha! Ha!
Even though you may have friends that are taking pictures why not have an extra eye out there taking quality digital photos for you.
That's where my wife Vivian and I come in, we shoot an average of 200 or so pictures throughout the evening catching a lot of candid shots!
Afterwards, I go though the pics and do some basic touch up, remove red eye, etc.
Then I upload the digital pics to a secure online website and email you a secure link that only you have to view and download your pics. These digital pictures are yours to print and share. There is no additional charge for the candid pics we take... it's included in your package price!
Who knows we might catch that shot that no one else took!

Rob is the best! We booked him for our wedding in Gillette and he made the reception so much fun! He has a great selection of music, responded to every request from guests and had great ideas to get people out on the dance floor. He is very personable and both he had great ideas to keep everyone having fun. Our wedding was a bit nontraditional and he helped us find the right mix of tradition and uniqueness to make the whole reception feel personal. His wife is amazing too! She took pictures during the reception and they both seemed to have fun all night- really adding to the festive feel! We did our wedding on a very tight budget but hiring Rob was worth every penny.
