Jennifer is a wife, a mom, a Durant native and has been the Roadhouse MVP since May of 2020. Jennifer worked her way up the ranks of mangement from Line Cook to Assistant Kitchen Manager and is now learning hospitality and spirits. She is currently servings as Interim General Manager while she trains her replacement in the kitchen. Roadhouse is honored to have Jennifer. Her deep experience in a broad number of culinary venues has well prepared her for the unique challenges that each event entails. During her tenure with us, Jennifer has self taught and implemented a baking program that offers extraordinary sensual appeal. Jennifer is a diligent and thoughtful planner who improvises well. She is skilled in executing intricate menus for hundreds of guests, on time, and makes the whole process look effortless.

Meet Madison. She was born and raised in Durant. Madison grew up in our family business, loving everything from bussing tables at 12 years old, running a cash register, cooking barbecue, booking events, serving, bartending, and more. These days, you will find her booking Special Events from 4 to 4,000 people for any of our 3 restaurant concepts while managing day to day operations. Madison handles every detail of an event by herself from designing perfectly laid out menus, to coordinating with photographers, florists, sound and light techs, culinary team, and more. We do not know how she gets it all done, but it is perfect everytime. Madison's unrelentless attention to detail means your special day will be a sweet memory for decades to come!

Meet Thomas and his two faves: Justin & Josh. These guys are responsible for all the majik that is Main Street Barbecue, where it all began. These guys have been smoking Durant's favorite barbecue since 2010 and have put together events for up to 2,000 people. Now that's alot of beef! Thomas is our founder, a true inspiration, and is QC for all things Montgomery Restaurant Group.
