Bill Wheeler has been in the BBQ industry since 2003 where he competed in his first BBQ Competition. Over the years he has created his own BBQ Sauces, Rubs and Signature Side Dishes. Bill takes great pride in providing Scratch Made Side dishes and competition quality Meats. Over the years Bill has bottled his sauces for Central Ohio Stores. He had a Food Trailer that set up around Central Ohio at many Events before Opening his First Restaurant in March of 2019. Location Mt. Vernon, Ohio.
