I can’t explain how delicious the food is, they worked with us so well and let me tell you the food was out of this world. Absolutely amazing!

Riverside catered our daughter’s wedding last weekend. Stephen was easy to work with which was so helpful since I lived out of state. He was always willing to answer all my questions and make suggestions along the way. The food was excellent in quality, taste and presentation. Our guests all commented on how good the food was and left them wanting more!

We used Riverside for our wedding and they were incredible to work with. They made a menu that fit our budget and what we needed. They went above and beyond with our special requests. They walked us through every piece of the evening so we were comfortable with how it would all layout.

The day of, the food was absolutely delicious. The staff were wonderful, friendly, and accommodating. They made our buffet table look gorgeous and everything was plated and set up beautifully. Stephen made sure every detail we wanted was perfect beforehand so that the night would run smoothly, and it did!

Stephen hit it out if the park! The food was absolutely delicious and everyone kept commenting on what great food we had at the reception! I highly recommend Riverside Catering for your next event! The menu was fabulous and their service was spot on!!!

Stephen at Riverside Catering was wonderful to work with as we planned our wedding reception. He made wonderful suggestions and our guests were very impressed by the quality and variety of food offered; he even offered suggestions for those with dietary restrictions. His staff was professional and friendly and took care of our guests' every need throughout the reception. We feel very lucky to have worked with Stephen and recommend Riverside Catering very highly.

Stephen and his staff were a pleasure to work with. He was prompt to respond, very flexible and super informative. Our guests were pleased with the food quality, and we ended up taking a lot home with us (as many of our rsvp'd guests did not show up...grrr) and it is still delicious (it pays to choose a few things that freeze well).

Stephen and his team at Riverside Catering were so fun and easy to work with. For our cocktail hour we served, lobster/shrimp/avocado wonton cups, goat cheese lemon zest and fig crostini's, pork and provolone meatballs w/ lemon aoli, and ahi tuna and arugula rolls. We received SO many compliments on this food and I thought everything was outstanding. Riverside also took care of the bartending and servers for the passed hors d'eoveours which really made the event seem classy!
For dinner we had a tropical themed menu since it was in March and a lot of our family was traveling from up north where it was still snowing! Stephen put together an amazing menu of panko crusted snapper, beef tenderloin with chimichurri sauce, sweet plaintains, grilled vegetable platter (that was TO DIE FOR!), traditional black beans and rice, and assorted desserts which included key lime tarts, peanut butter tarts, mini blueberry bites, etc. It was amazing! I still receive compliments 4 months later on the amazingly huge dessert spread!

The food was outstanding and really impressed all the guests. I personally did not get to eat many of the appetizers but I know they were good from the tasting we did. The only thing that I would suggest to do differently is to allow guests to eat seconds and even thirds. We ended up going home with a ton of food because it was packed up so quickly. One guest went to get more food and they turned him away. Also the water was put away and we did not think to buy extra water to keep behind the bar.

Riverside Catering did my wedding reception! The tasting was amazing as well as the food at the wedding. Great staff too. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Steven and his team were amazing from menu selection, to tastings to the day of the ceremony. We received so many complements on the food (especially the pork meatballs)! They were professional, helpful and just all around NICE people to work with. Would highly recommend them!
