River House was built in the late 1980s as a private home for the Stuard family, who decided to make it open to host events in 2016. The family now offers their space for your ceremony, rehearsal, and even your wedding party accommodations, so you can keep everything in one place. Each of the three floors of the house has a deck, which can hold a total of over 200 people, overlooking the Red River. This five-bed, four-bath house offers 6,000 square feet of indoor space with two full kitchens and laundry facilities to make it easier for guests. It’s fully furnished with both antique and mid-century furniture, to give the large space a cozy, intimate feel. For those who want to take the edge off before or after the big event, they can relax in the basement den that features direct tv and a pool table. Despite the seclusion, Nashville’s city life is less than a 10-minute drive away. This can let you enjoy the main attractions without the stress of a long commute, including Hopkinsville in Western Kentucky, and the Fort Campbell Army Base.
