We loved working with Hannah Rita for our big day! She was upbeat and high-energy and helped us get all the pictures we wanted. She was a confidence-builder and made folks want to be photographed. She treated our families with grace and engaged the kids to have fun during their photo time. While waiting for the Chapel Bell (which were some of our favorite photos) we ran into the UGA Spike Squad and were able to get amazing pictures with them! The pictures from our reception communicate the party vibe and energy of the night. It truly was a one-in-a-lifetime experience and Hannah Rita contributed and helped capture each and every one of these moments.

We were planning a low (in comparison to the national average) budget wedding. The ONE thing we knew we had to splurge on was photography. It is the one thing you’ll keep from that day to help you remember every tiny detail. We reached out to plenty of photographers. Hannah Rita was undoubtedly the most responsive and clearest communicator. She is SUPER understanding, and when we brought up the budget with her, we felt comfortable. No judgement or pressure. She sent us a quote shortly after the phone call, that was very detail oriented and clearly outlined everything included. FULL TRANSPARENCY. Gotta love it.

Her personality is exactly what we wanted in a photographer. Imagine if your best friend knew how to work a camera, and you got them to photograph your wedding. She is warm, bubbly, honest, and exactly what we needed behind a camera. We knew we didn’t want someone that was impossible to hold a conversation with. We needed posing instructions without that weird and awkward silence between shots. Some people just aren’t sociable, and that’s okay, but that isn’t Hannah. She holds a conversation and a camera at the same dang time. She makes you feel extremely comfortable, and confident. She communicates every step of the way, which was perfect for us newbies in front of the camera.

There’s a level of trust that you have to have with a photographer that they’re going to get the shot. I’m usually an anxious perfectionist. I thought by the time of the wedding I’d be a micromanaging maniac. Trying to make sure we don’t have any regrets from the day, and everything goes perfectly without missing anything. Turns out, I trusted Hannah more than anyone else involved with the wedding. I knew she had it covered. She took pictures, upon pictures, upon pictures. Pictures of things I didn’t think of, but I’m SO happy she did. Pictures of candid moments that we didn’t know would happen. She even captured reactions that touch our hearts to this day. She isn’t a point and click photographer that puts you through a torturous posing session. Unless, you are into that kind of thing. She is thoughtful, yet flexible and spontaneous. She knows what she’s doing. This might be your first, third, or maybe last wedding, but it isn’t her’s. Her wedding experience is unmatched. I mean come on. She has a PODCAST, APP, and BUSINESS all about planning, and executing a spectacular wedding. She’s got this.

Every picture we have in our gallery is beyond our wildest expectations. The amount of work, time, and effort put into the photographs is evident, but somehow still looks effortless. Hannah photographed my Hindu wedding and I loved working with her. Being in a multi-racial marriage is a challenge and the Hindu ceremonies were new to me.
