Look no further for a photographer! Rian is your girl. My husband and I traveled from out of town for a small Charleston wedding and after searching Instagram, Rian was an answered prayer!!! Because it was a small wedding, Rian became my built in bridesmaid, tour guide of Charleston, and even helped me stay organized and calm on my wedding day! Not only is her character amazing but her work speaks for itself! She made my husband and I very comfortable in front of the camera; I can not stop looking at our pictures! I can not recommend Rian enough. Even if you are not a native of Charleston I strongly suggest you choose Rian. 5 stars does not even begin to cover how wonderful she is! My husband and I decided to elope in Charleston last minute, and were looking for photographers a little over a month before our day. Rian was prompt in her communication, thorough, and made taking our wedding day photos an absolute joy. Her pricing is also spot on compared to other photographers in the area. We weren't looking for a crazy package with a second shooter and she happily came up with a more than reasonable quote.
Working with Rian felt like catching up with an old friend. Taking photos with her was actually so much fun. We jumped around downtown Charleston exploring and it just so happened that we were documenting a momentous occasion at the same time. Since it was just the two of us, Rian was our support for the pre-wedding nerves/technical difficulties. She was our friend as we enjoyed our first celebratory cocktails after our shoot, and she genuinely became someone we'll be keeping in touch with throughout the years.
We couldn't recommend Rian more for not only her professionalism and talent, but her incredibly warm personality as well. She is an absolute joy to be around and we only wish we lived closer so that we could hang out all the time.

Rian was so great. She was flexible, fun, and happy to take any photo we thought of on the spot. She did a great job of getting the family photos done quickly and she did a great job of coming up with places to take photos since our initial first look plan got rained out.

I loved having Rian and her 2nd photographer Faith on our wedding day. They made pictures so fun and easy which was great because the Groom isn't one that likes taking photos! There was no pressure to cram in photos like most photographers who try to pull you out of your own wedding. Rian was always ready with the camera to catch those special moments. I highly recommend Rian and would love to use her again in the future for other kinds of photo sessions.

I wish that I could give Rian more than just five stars! Words cannot properly express how happy we are that Rian and her second photographer, Kaitlin, were able to capture our wedding two weeks ago. Planning our Folly Beach/Charleston wedding from Kansas City, we were not able to meet Rian prior to our big day. From the moment that she and Kaitlin arrived at our beach house/ceremony site, I knew we had made the right choice. Rian and Kaitlin made myself, my husband, and our 12 guests feel so very comfortable and at ease, and we soon felt like they were just two more friends who had joined us for our wedding, all the while remaining very professional! We were able to capture pictures at our beach house, on the beach itself, downtown Charleston, and at the restaurant where we hosted our reception. I cannot wait to see our wedding pictures and cherish them for years to come. Rian and Kaitlin, thank you, thank you, thank you for being such an important part of our special day!

Rian is an absolute God send. We did both our engagement photos and wedding photos with her and she completely blew us away. She is one of the nicest people I have ever met. We had some different ideas as far as locations and she was all about it. She made us feel so comfortable and captured such beautiful moments. I will cherish the photos forever. I can't wait for the next time we work with her! And we definitely will be working with her again!
