We wholesale scratch pastry that is baked fresh every night. Everything we do is small batch and made by hand, with new flavors every month! Revolution Bake Shop started with Selina's dream of "All things sweet" the last five years have been spent perfecting recipes, doing shows, learning her craft and working long , long, hours. She now has her own commercial kitchen space where she combines her art of beautiful pastry & fresh ingredients.

We wanted something other than a wedding cake for our guests. We tossed around doing individual cupcakes, but wanted something unique. After talking with Lina and letting her know what we were thinking she suggested Verrines. Think, trifles or layered desserts. We also wanted to incorporate fall flavors so we had a choice of 3 for our guests. Blueberry Compote with a vanilla pound cake and vanilla whipped cream, pumpkin puree with gingerbread cake, candied pecans, and vanilla whipped cream, and finally tart apples with a lightly spiced pound cake, and vanilla whipped cream. They were perfect and huge, 10 to 12 ounce cups filled to the top. If you are looking for something completely different definitely go with Revolution Bakeshop!
