Great service and staff, had a wonderful experience

This company offered alot of good food for the price we paid. Very good value for the money. They were professional on the day and served my guests well. The only thing I would change is the communication before the event. I did not speak with the cater themselves until a few days before the wedding whcih did not leave me a alot of time to make adjustments and changes when we discovered potiental problems with the set up.

Michele and the staff at Reflections Catering Hall were wonderful. Everyone was very down to earth, friendly and professional. We paid more than what we had budgeted for, however, it was well worth it. The food from Beefalo Bob's was delicious. The hall was very accommodating. We were married close to Christmas and the hall had no problem taking down their Christmas decorations as they did not go with the theme/colors of our wedding. The service was wonderful. We never at any moment felt rushed even at the end when we were kind of overstaying our welcome and the hall was setting up for another event, they let us leave on our own. My one and only complaint was that as a bride, you want every aspect of your wedding to be perfect. The bridal party entered through double doors to enter the hall. I was told there would be 2 employees there opening and closing the doors, but they were not. We ended up having to grab someone from the bar inside the venue to help out. At that very moment, i was very upset, but the wedding and reception were wonderful so now it isn't that big of deal. I just would have liked all to go as planned. I will recommend Reflections Catering Hall to all my friends and family. I have been there myself for multiple events and always had a wonderful time. Thank you !!
