Reasonable prices, very responsive to inquires. I was able to get a customized package after expressing what I was looking for and I loved that they send you the video to see if there are any edits you would like to make before finalizing it. Only suggestion is to let the couple know which employee will be working/ servicing their wedding the day of. I assumed it would be Reggie but another employee showed up and I had written personalized thank you cards for all my vendors.
