We had transportation to and from our wedding to the main hotel guests were staying at. Ramblin was so easy to work with and arrived and departed on time!

We booked Ramblin Express within 2 weeks of our wedding after we gave up on our previous bus company (US Coachways - NEVER use them) due to them losing our contract and then trying to jack up prices significantly. My husband contacted Ramblin for a quote to see if we could afford to switch and we were both very happy to see their estimate. We booked with them right away and had superior service. Our day of driver was superb, accommodating many of the wedding party who wanted to drink on the bus and driving us all around town for pictures. I can't recommend this company enough!

Overall we had a good experience, it just seemed to be a bit difficult to set everything up in the beginning and getting pick-up and drop off locations situated was a bit of a task. Other than that, everything was timely, clean, and well done.

We had a nightmare experience with RE that caused us to get a refund. Make sure that you get confirmation on every email that you send them, and have multiple contacts! Their confirmation system on itinerary needs to be overhauled!!

If you’re planning on using Ramblin Express, I encourage you to look elsewhere. I have read lots of bad reviews about them. I have never personally used them, besides to try to gain employment. I’m a retired Purple Heart Marine; with a MSW degree, and have experience in transportation/sales. I applied for their Sales/marketing position. It took me three interviews with the company, even brought my family out to Colorado to show the company I was serious. They told me they would give me an answer wether I was hired or not; they ghosted me, after giving them ideas to raise revenue. The CEO and HR, seemed nice, but now I believe it was a ploy to get ideas and they never truly intended to hire me. I made several attempts to contact them. They finally responded with we are holding/freezing the position, but wouldn’t give any follow-up…if they are unprofessional when it comes to employees and potential candidates. This speaks volume to how they are for their customers as well. I recommend not using.
