Hermes was perfect. We had shuttles pick up the grooms party, bridal party, and all the guests without any issue. The drivers were kind, punctual, and safe. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. the busses were comfortable and clean. Thank you!

So happy we decided to hire shuttle services for our wedding! Hermes was very flexible in getting everything booked and arranged, even making adjustments days before the wedding. The coaches were huge and very comfortable. We had limos for the bride and groom parties as well and those were also very nice and equipped with refreshments for the ride to our venue.

Unfortunately, we did not have the best experience with Hermes. Leading up to the wedding day, they were great! Jamie was super communicative and easy to talk to when planning our transportation for the day. The shuttles and our getaway car were clean and on time.

I had arranged to have a shuttle leave our venue early for guests who did not want to stay until 10 PM. Jamie promised that the early shuttle would then come back and be there at the end of the night with the other two shuttles to take home the rest of the guests. However, the third shuttle never came back. This caused my parents and other “VIP” guests to not have seats on the way home. They had to share seats with other guests. Similarly, my parents got separated and had to ride separate shuttles home.

When I reached out to Jamie after the fact, she and the manager tried to blame it on our wedding coordinator, saying that our coordinator said it was fine for the third shuttle to not come back. However, we feel that Hermes should have ensured that me, my husband, and my parents (the people paying for the shuttle service) were okay with this. Overall, we were disappointed with Hermes, especially with how expensive the service was!
