It was extremely important that we weren't sacrificing flavor and taste while in search of our dream cake design, and Rach was the perfect person to help us achieve that! The almond and lemon cake layers and fillings were so sophisticated and memorable. We are most thankful for Rach's understanding and flexibility during the multiple pandemic-related postponements, and we are happy to report that the cake was the most stress-free and seamless part of the wedding planning process.

We were on the hunt for the perfect buttercream icing and moist cake for our wedding. Right as we were getting ready to settle for another bakery, we did a cupcake tasting with RachMakesCakes and were immediately SOLD! We absolutely loved our simple, yet elegant wedding cake design and the variety of flavor options. The chocolate, cinnamon and vanilla were our favorites. Plus, RachMakesCakes is now 100% vegan and you would never guess that she doesn't use traditional ingredients. We can't wait to have RachMakesCakes bake and design our next event cake :)

Rach was wonderful to work with for our wedding cake! Her tasting process was so easy and she made excellent recommendations for our cake decorations based on my wedding dress. The cake was so beautiful and absolutely delicious! All of our guests loved it—my husband’s grandmother loves to bake herself and had previously had a vegan cake that didn’t go over well, but his grandmother absolutely loved your cake and had multiple pieces! Our cake served more people than in attendance at our wedding, so Rach provided to-go boxes for us. Everyone was glad to be able to take some cake home with them and loved it the next day. We would highly recommend choosing Rach Makes Cakes for your wedding or any other celebrations!

We really enjoyed working with Rach. From the beginning, she was very accomodating. She took my vision and brought it to life, not to mention the cakes being so delicious. We were a part of the wedding season during COVID. She even made us a mini version of our cake for our mini ceremony in 2020 then had our grand cake in 2021. We are so thankful we found her and would recommend her 100%.

Rach is the best to work with! Our cake was not only beautiful, but SO yummy. Rach last minute even made us cake pops as party favors for our guests and they were a hit! She is well priced and made our day so special :)

We tried several cake tastings, and Rach's cakes were vegan and the most delicious we tried!! My daughter's Wedding cake and the Groom's cake design came out exactly as we had asked! The chocolate and peanut butter filling cake....AMAZING!!! We also had Champagne and Raspberry filling...so delicious. Her cakes were so super moist and flavorful!

After we had to reschedule our wedding due to the pandemic TWICE, I wanted to make the 3rd planning process as smooth as possible. We had to re-plan our wedding from out-of-state to a different state than originally planned! I'm so thankful I found Rach. I actually inquired with her about 2 weeks prior and thankfully she was available for our wedding date! We opted for cupcakes for the guests, and I LOVED the fact I was able to choose a variety of flavors of cupcakes for our guests! And the size of them were a lot larger than regular cupcakes, and the price was within our budget!
Unfortunately, I didn't get to try all the varieties, but I managed to have the venue save me one Red Velvet!
OMG her pastries are To Die For! I'm so sad I didn't get to hoard more for myself! :-P

I couldn't image any other cake baked by any other person for my wedding. Rach's flavors and skill with buttercream are unmatched. When I say that our wedding cake was flawless, I mean it. It looked absolutely stunning, tasted like a dream, and was everything I could have asked for. Our four layer cake had three flavors (cinnamon, pumpkin spice, and vanilla) and was covered entirely in the smoothest black buttercream that I have ever seen. My husband and I loved it and our guests went back for seconds. If you want a truly fantastic dessert for your events, Rach is your girl.

Rach Makes Cakes is legit the best wedding cake you will ever taste! I had so many wedding guests compliment it. She is also a really cool person, so it feels awesome to support her! The cake is not only delicious, it's beautiful too. Can't recommend her enough!
