RF Moeller Jeweler is amazing. Their selection is beautiful and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful, but not pushy. The offer free cleanings, send anniversary cards and birthday cards. They are always willing to fix issues with the rings and really take care of you as if you were family.

We had a good experience. We looked online first and found a really unique band for the groom. We checked it out and he loved it, but it needed to be sized down. They sized it correctly, it fits well, and it turned out great! (This is really notable since there are two types of metal and a unique design.) My ring doesn't match up with my engagement ring quite like I'd hoped. However, when I didn't like the ring they had in the store, they took the concept and put it on a different band. It turned out really well and I have an affordable custom ring. Both rings weren't quite ready when we went to pick them up, but the other was done the following weekend and we were fine on timing. We also had them engraved and it turned out well. As you are shopping around for rings be sure to stop in and check them out.
