Where do I begin with this company. We requested and paid for our antique car to stay at our ceremony till we completed our photographs with the vehicle. An hour before the vehicle was scheduled to leave, the driver began harrassing us insisting that he was only suppose to be there until 5pm and not 6pm. In the middle of taking our photographs with our family, my husband was going through his email trying to find the email where it clearly states that we were to have the vehicle till 6pm. This should not have happened! We had to rush to take the photos with the vehicle and were only able to take a handful of pictures. This day and moment is gone for us. When we contacted the company after coming back from our honeymoon, the owner argued with us and began making excuses that had nothing to do with the main issue here. After advising him that a petty $50 credit to use the company again was not going to help us since we lived 4 hours away and therefore would never be back in the area, he still insisted that this would be the only thing he would be giving us for our troubles. This was not even relatively close to the amount we paid per hour. On top of this situation, we received a call from the company just 2 days before our wedding stating that we would not be able to have the antique vehicle we paid for because it was currently in the shop. The only other option they offered us was a stretch limo or a town car. This was ridiculous! We understood that maintenance issues occur but to offer us 2 options that weren't even close to what we paid for and not even reimburse us was absurd. They somehow got the vehicle working the day prior to our wedding which we were thankful for but the stress of the situation was not necessary after having to deal with so many other things going on. I would not recommend this company to anyone!
