Lorraine Married on 08/15/2014Accommodating, inventive and talented. Derek Hickey, General Manager, assured us he could provide anything we requested and then focused completely on fulfilling that promise. He even offered to pick up our center piece for the Unity table during a torrential rainstorm. Chef Scott Welbourn listened to all our ramblings about what we imagined for our light hor d'oeuvres and appetizers menu. Then produced a baked brie with apricot and bruschetta that were the hit of the reception. Mica, the intern assigned as porter to our event was gracious and professional, keeping everything running without either of us raising a hand.
