The photographer and videographer took the time to scout out beautiful locations ahead of time, which made our photos and video absolutely stunning.

What truly stood out was their expertise in guiding us through poses. They were not only professional but also made us feel completely at ease, which resulted in natural and heartfelt shots. Our wedding photographer and videographer were amazing! They are both extremely talented at what they do, and captured every moment of our wedding day so naturally. All of the photos are incredible, and the video is amazing too – every time we watch it it brings back memories of our special day. Both of them made us feel so at ease the whole time, and we couldn’t be happier with the end result!

From the start, we felt comfortable with Victoria & Constantine. Not only did they capture photos and videos of us, they also guided us through the whole experience, ensuring every moment of it felt natural.

I also really didn’t want to get into the ocean because I was worried that my dress would get ruined. However, Victoria convinced me to trust her and it turned out to be one of my favorite parts of the wedding. The beach photos are some of my absolute favorites.

All in all, Constantine & Victoria were absolutely phenomenal at capturing all the little moments and the constant flow of waves crashing in the background and how they froze in time the water droplets falling from the sky. The sunset was absolutely dramatic as well. Every single photo is a work of art yet utterly and completely natural.

Constantine was equally amazing at capturing the moment in video as Victoria was at capturing the moment in photos. The two of them are an incredible team and are truly passionate about their work.

I feel so lucky that looking through our wedding photos brings us right back to that special day and we couldn’t recommend you more for helping to create these amazing memories for us. Thank you both for everything!

Right from the word go Victoria and Constantine were fantastic to deal with. They were very friendly and communicated with us very easily and were very very professional.
First of all, they speak multiple languages, including Spanish, which for us was a huge advantage. My husband, all the guests and I are not Spanish speakers, and most of the hotel staff do not speak much English. Therefore, Victoria and Constantine did an amazing job of communicating with the staff throughout the day. I must reiterate that this was well above and beyond what they were supposed to do, and we are eternally grateful for their help and for the amazing job that they did.
Throughout the photo session and the filming of the video, they constantly guided us on where to be, how to pose, and what to say. The whole time, they made us feel comfortable, which was really important because we aren’t used to being in front of a camera.

I found them through a friend's wedding last year, where Victoria and Constantine were also their photographers and videographers, and they recommended them to us.

The photos are extraordinary and the wedding video is exactly as we had hoped, beautiful, vibrant, evocative and including and showing off all the best bits of our special day.

A Dream Wedding at Cancún Beach

Our wedding at Cancún Beach last year was an absolute dream, thanks to Prime Moment. The entire experience was nothing short of magical.

We hired prime moments for our wedding photography and videography and had mixed experiences.

The wedding photos themselves turned out beautifully, and we truly love the final images. However, the overall process was extremely frustrating due to significant delays and lack of communication.

Our contract stated a three-month turnaround time. We had to follow up multiple times to receive our photos, often with long gaps in response. While apologies were offered, timelines were repeatedly missed. Unfortunately, we are still waiting on our wedding video after being assured it would be completed by November 13th, which has also passed without delivery or update.

We understand that delays can happen, but consistent communication and honoring promised timelines are crucial—especially for something as meaningful as wedding memories. The quality of work is there, but the ongoing lack of follow-through and responsiveness made this a very stressful experience.

I hope future couples have a smoother process, and that clearer communication and realistic timelines are prioritized going forward.
