My meeting with Jennifer started out with her being late, and instead of acknowledging me and apologizing for being late when she got there (we met at Starbucks), she stood in line for her drink and made me wait even longer. I should have walked out then, but I loved what she had on her site and I could afford her. She was rude, and when she asked for a timeline I sent it, and then acted like she never got it and treated me like it was my fault that she didn't have it. I sent her a photolist and she didn't go by it, so I have no pictures of me, my husband and our kids together. She posted a few good ones on facebook, then after 2 months of waiting on my cd, I finally got a link to her website and found out of focus shots, shots that were missing that I'm having to spend more money to recreate, and all the shots from the ceremony were of the back of my head! I called and emailed her several times about the cd, to which she didn't respond and when she finally did, I ended up having to go and pick it up from her because I didn't trust she would send it like the last 3 times she had said. She is VERY unprofessional and I will do anything to make sure people know how unprofessional and AMATEUR her work is.
