Planning a destination wedding from 500 miles away is difficult when you don't get to speak to anyone face to face. Our contact was mostly by email, yet when our big day arrived, you would have thought we had met Larry previously. He arrived early and started taking pictures! He blended so well you would have never known he was anything but family. He was so friendly, even extending his handkerchief to my new hubby, who was melting in the sun! To say his rates are reasonable is an understatement. We received beautiful high quality pictures of our most memorable day at a fraction of the cost!!!

Karla was referred to us through friends and we chose her to do the photography for our wedding in Venice, Italy. Our wedding planner gave us options for photographers in Italy but after reviewing Karla’s work at previous weddings and her website that showed her photos from all over the world, we decided that she was exactly what we were looking for. After hiring her we sat down and discussed the vision for the wedding. She immediately started doing research of our church and reception location and she asked me to send her Pinterest photos of wedding poses that I was interested in. I hadn’t been to many weddings so she gave me a ton of suggestions and explained to me the different types of shots, lighting, etc that could be done. She was extremely involved and enthusiastic and I felt completely comfortable with her, which really helped with the wedding planning process. Once we got to Italy she came with us to see the reception location where she took notes and practice shots. On the day of the wedding she came to my hotel room early to set up and take pictures of me getting ready. She even helped me do my hair when I was waiting for my maid of honor! Throughout the entire day she was there behind the scenes taking photos without getting in anyone’s way. When we took posed pictures of my husband and I and also group photos she was very quick and great with telling us where to stand and pose. We had a lot of fun with it! When we came back from our honeymoon she already had the pictures ready to show us, which I thought was super fast! The quality of the photos was outstanding and we will treasure them forever! We really loved working with Karla and felt that she went above and beyond with all aspects of her job. I would 100% recommend working with her!

If anyone was born to be a wedding photographer, it’s Whitney! I found Whitney recommended by another bride on a Facebook group and could not be more thankful that I stumbled across her. She had all 1,000+ of our photos edited within DAYS of the wedding. Every single one of them looked incredible, she captured so many moments that my husband and I forgot that even happened. She was our ultimate hype woman and was so efficient when it came to wrangling the family for the big group shots. She offered multiple calls before the wedding, calming our nerves about having the time to get all the shots we wanted and even some nuances she knew from her experience at our specific venue. She acted as a second coordinator and kept our timeline on track. Our wedding party all mentioned how amazing and fun she was - she’s the type of girl you’ll want to be friends with after the wedding! We could not be happier and I’d recommend her to anyone needing photos for a wedding and beyond!
