Unfortunately, you will need to contact the vendor. He will not contact you for anything. You will get your product late. I mean 6 months late. You will have to send texts every few weeks for months to be on top of him. You will not get your dances in your raw footage. I wrote up a whole review on his fb, but he deleted it.

If I could give zero stars I would. Patrick is unresponsive and unreliable and disappeared with our deposit and we had to get a videographer last minute 2 months before our wedding date. It was always an excuse one after the other and he just stopped answering
