Powered by Pork started out of a humble home kitchen and an aspiring goal to create a uniquely tasty representation of Bay Area culture. We have since grown into a distinctive food truck and catering company, serving pork-centric (but not pork-exclusive) eats across the entire SF Bay Area.
We focus on combining authentic Mexican and Vietnamese flavors and formats, to serve a delicious play on the surprising similarities found in both cuisines. We offer a variety of food to suit different tastes and dietary requirements. We would love to be part of your big day!
