The process can be overbearing at times but as the groom, Pounders made the whole process easy for my wife and I. We got our engagement ring, wedding rings, wedding jewelry, a watch, countless free cleanings and consultations. They never rush you or try to sell you anything you don’t want or need. I gave them my budget and what I was looking for and they educated me, showed me options and gave us time in deciding our options. If you can try getting CONNIE to work with. She is hands down the best. She was like a mother to us and the extremely giving of her time, heart and super knowledgeable. I never understood why adults have a specific jeweler that they go too. Now I understand and my wife and I will be going to Pounders for life.

I always go to Kelly at Pounder's Jewelry for all of my customer jewelry needs. He created my wife's and my wedding rings and a customer opal pendant that was my wife's present on our wedding day! For our wedding rings we modified some of his previously created custom pieces and used a mix of stones we already had from home and supplemented with stones he helped us pick out. For the opal pendant we started with a loose stone and some general ideas and let him create his magic! We decided on one of 6 or 7 designs he drew for us and then had it built from wax for approval before the final piece was cast. The whole process happened in a timely manner and we have three beautiful and one of a kind pieces that will be cherished for a lifetime. We went to Pounders Jewelers for our wedding rings. We were on a very tight budget, but the people at Pounders worked with us to try to find something that we wanted that was very affordable. They were very professional and made us feel worthy of great jewelry even on a tight budget. The service department was great too.
