This business was very easy to communicate with. They responded quickly and sent email confirmations. The driver was right on time, and definitely drove in some rough terrain to get to us!

We used Pinnacle for both the getaway car and to transport our wedding party to and from the ceremony and reception locations. They were flexible, helpful and professional. Unfortunately we did run into an issue with the getaway car on the day of the wedding. They were quick to rectify the situation, offering a full refund. As a professional event planner who has worked with several transportation companies, I understand that these things are bound to happen from time to time, they were courtesy, professional and helpful in the aftermath, which is much more than you get in other cases! I would use them again.
