Our amazing cake came from their Original Upper Highlands store in Louisville (they have so many!). Cecily was our baker, and she was wonderful. She was so full of energy and enthusiasm from the first time we met her at a wedding show to the last meeting to go over details. The cake was stunning on the outside, and the flavors couldn't have been better. We had Italian Cream and a combination of their red velvet and chocolate - yup, both in one tier as a special request - and our guests and wedding party are still raving about it! It was a few days before we were able to refrigerate the left overs (we are freezing the top) and when we cut ourselves a little after 4 days it was still just as moist and tasty as it was when we had our first bites at the wedding. We had a 3 tier cake with the largest in styrafoam (you couldn't tell for anything!) and a sheet cake in the back, and with that little trick we got an amazing deal. We will definitely be going back time and time again for our cake needs - or just stopping in occasionally on date night!
