Experience
Vivian studied piano performance and chamber music at the College of Wooster and Michigan State University, respectively. She has been a freelance pianist since 1968 and has played with a number of professional groups in churches, theatres, and universities. Vivian currently provides private piano lessons in her spare time.

More than just choosing songs from a curated list, Vivian worked

closely with us to find the story we wanted to tell through our
wedding music choices. She prepared a wonderful prelude and easily
mastered the songs that fit our personal style. She communicated with
the vocalist and violinist so things went smoothly when they practiced
together for the first time on the day of the ceremony. She was
prepared, professional, patient and adaptable to the challenges of the
day. We were so blessed to have her talents as an accomplished pianist
be one of the foundations for our marriage ceremony.
