I loved our wedding flowers! I didn’t get to see them until bridal pictures and I had to take a minute to admire them! They did such an amazing job in creating my vision. They responded fast and even showed up on their day off so we could pick up our flowers. Highly recommend!

Hiring Julie & Cassie with Penelope & Lu was seriously the best thing we did to plan our wedding! Before we hired them, I was totally overwhelmed with all the options out there as I never considered myself to be a bride with a vision. However, they took the vague concepts my husband and I had and brought them to life! They even helped immensely with things like figuring out budget. I had no idea how much each vendor should cost (and everything seemed very expensive), but they were able to listen to what my husband and I ranked as most important to least important, and set up our budget based on those ideas! I 100% recommend having Julie & Cassie help you for the entire planning process (though day-of was worth it alone)! Not having my family, husband, or myself worry about coordinating with vendors made the day enjoyable instead of stressful!

I honestly couldn't imagine our wedding without the help of Cassie & Julie! Penelope & Lu is the absolute best wedding planning service in Oklahoma. My wife and I were engaged 14 months, and Cassie/Julie were there every step of the way as we planned our big day. My wife went for a "bohemian chic" vibe and look. No idea what that meant originally, but the outcome was pretty amazing. Their attention to detail was spectacular. Cassie & Julie presented design concepts based off my wife's Pinterest board with numerous different options, and we worked with them to finalize the exact look we wanted at our wedding. They took care of all the last minute check list items as we were busy entertaining out of town guests and making sure everyone was feeling at home here in Tulsa. If anything went "wrong", instead of stressing us out, they always came to us with a solution. It really made for a seamless day. If you want 2 best friends to plan you a perfect wedding allowing you to never have to worry, Penelope & Lu is your company. We are so blessed and lucky to have met Julie and Cassie. Here we are a year later, and they still keep in touch with us! Highly recommend!!

I can't say enough good things about Penelope & Lu. I travel 60% of the year for my job and literally would not have had the time to plan this wedding. We'd be eloping if it wasn't for Penelope & Lu. They did everything I could think of and so much more. They contacted vendors, negotiated prices, designed the look of everything, etc. I am a very hands-off bride and just wanted it to be as easy as possible. Penelope & Lu provided that for me. They would still run things by me of course and make sure I was on board with the direction they were heading. I truly cannot say enough positive things. Even if you have all the time in the world to plan, the professionalism and creative ideas they bring to the table would make it worth it to hire them.

I could not have been happier with the way things turned out! I gave Julie and Cassie spoken words for ideas of what I envisioned (along with a few photos) and they made my dreams come to life! They are so sweet, creative, and patient and I couldn't have imagined using another florist. I will note that I wish my bridal bouquet had been a bit larger, but that was a lack on communication on my part! Also, they have the CUTEST floral shop and boutique on Main Street in BA if you ever find yourself out that way!
