We knew we wanted a photographer that would make us feel comfortable while also capturing all those little special moments. Paul took our engagement and wedding photos and was amazing to work with. We would recommend him to anyone! He was flexible with scheduling our engagement photos, especially since my husband does not have a normal work schedule. We especially appreciated how he took charge the day of the wedding and managed all the family and friends. Everyone knows during weddings, it is hard to get everyone in one place and hold their attention to get the shots that we wanted. Paul was excellent at time management and coordinating everyone without being pushy. He knew exactly what to do to get the shots done quickly and beautifully, without the photos looking forced or fake. We actually received compliments from family and friends attending the wedding on how professional, organized, and efficient Paul was. All of our pictures are beautiful!

I was referred to Mr. Riedl from a friend. She was friends with him and knew I was in the market for a photographer for my upcoming wedding. I was hesitant at first, because the “I know a guy…” was his only qualifier at the time; I had limited information on him and his work. After our first meeting I was sold! He provided me several photos from other weddings or special occasion he had shot and best of all our personalities matched very well. Every idea I had – which were a lot! – for an angle or a shot, he either already thought of or was able to expand on my original idea. He offered me a package that included my engagement, bridal, and day-of photos. Every session was a memorable and fun experience. He was easy to approach with ideas and knew how to capture my “good side.” In fact, on the day we were scheduled to shoot my engagement photos, he called early in the morning to say he didn’t like the humidity and wind for “aesthetic purposes,” which I translated into meaning a bad hair and makeup day…and he was right! On my wedding day, Mr. Riedl was like a photographer ninja. He captured so many candid photos that are priceless to me and he did so without being noticed or interrupting the natural flow of the evening. He told me it would be like “he wasn’t even there” and he wasn’t lying! His professionalism and artistic eye were truly assets. I knew I chose the right photographer when my mother handed him an endless list of the photos she wanted post-ceremony and Mr. Riedl handled her and her requests like a champ…all while keeping us on schedule! To the person reading this review, I know you do not know me, but trust me when I say “I know a guy and this is him” for your photographer hunt!
