Party time plus was amazing to work with they were extremely helpful with all of my decisions! The vintage linens we rented were so gorgeous! Highly recommend !

Overall, we were very happy with our experience with Party Time Plus for our wedding rentals. Although we had a bit of a rocky start with one of the people who was initially helping us, we ended up working with Kathy, who was amazing--quick to respond, polite, resourceful, professional, detail-oriented and had tons of good advice for us to help make our wedding planning easier. At one point we also dealt with Danielle, who was also very good and helpful. Danielle was great and Kathy was amazing, and they are the reason we rated Party Time 5 out of 5 for "Professionalism."

We rated Party Time only 3.5 out of 5 stars for "Value for Cost" because we felt that compared to another rental company that we worked with, Montana Party Rentals in Bozeman, Party Time could use a little bit of improvement. Montana Party Rentals in Bozeman had a more up-to-date inventory and slightly better prices on identical or nearly identical items (china, glassware, flatware, etc.) than Party Time Plus.

We also rated Party Time only 3.5 out of 5 for flexibility because we observed that their overall attitude regarding inventory was "what you see is what you get" (except if the item is damaged before your wedding, then you don't get it at all!). For the most part, that's probably okay, because they seem to have a pretty large inventory. In fact, I probably would not have been so put off by their policy, but for the fact that Montana Party Rentals, in contrast, was so accommodating. If there was anything that we were interested in renting that Montana Party Rentals did not already have, they offered to work with us to acquire the items we were interested in. If they didn't have enough of a particular item that we were interested in, they were open to acquiring more to accommodate us. By comparison, when we realized that Party Time Plus did not have enough of the chairs that we initially wanted, their response was along the lines of "sorry, what you see is what you get."

However, our overall experience with Party Time Plus was positive. They delivered and set up all of our rentals perfectly, and Kathy was amazing in coordinating all of our many changes to our order and tent layout and was quick to respond to my emails.

For anyone getting married in Billings, Party Time is a pretty good rental company to work with, especially if you can work with Kathy. They have a lot of experience, and they worked very well with all of our other local vendors.

I rented table linens and chaffing dishes from Partytime Plus. They worked with me when I had some last minute changes to my order. I did have a couple problems with them, the first was that they didn't make it clear when I was in there that banquet tables only came in white table linens, they didn't return my messages when I left them the first time and the linens were heavily creased where they were folded. I don't know if there was any way to avoid that or not, it was just something I noticed.

Overall my experience was good and they have a wide variety of things to rent.
