From the initial meeting, Desiree started working hard to create the event we envisioned and honored a budget we felt comfortable with. Plus her approach on sustainability and event waste reduction is an added bonus to her event planning technique. She can create your dream wedding while using sustainable materials and party supplies! She designed our perfect event – the signage, decor, table settings, centerpieces, flowers / bridal bouquets / pocket flowers, memorial table, wedding arch decor, seating chart, bathroom baskets - everything was what we wanted!

After the first few meetings focusing on design, we decided we wanted to work more with her so we hired her as an Event Month Coordinator. She met with and coordinated all of the vendors, crafted the final wedding day timeline, conducted our rehearsal, acted as our main point of contact, and was involved in every aspect of our entire day to make sure it ran smoothly. Her team set up the entire venue and then packed it all back up prior to the event being finished. They even loaded up the cars and kept tabs on the card box to ensure everything was safe.

We highly highly highly recommend hiring Desiree - you will not regret your decision! We literally would throw another wedding just to have an excuse to work with her again!

Planning and executing a California wedding from our Brooklyn apartment was a big lift, and we were so lucky to find Desiree and Party On! Her kindness, organization, creativity, and always on-point communication were everything we needed and more to give us the peace of mind that we could do this. Desiree was with us every step of the way: visiting the ceremony site, meeting with vendors, managing timelines, arranging for staff and rentals, focusing our design vision, and cheering us on.

On the day, she coordinated the arrival and setup for all vendors, assembled gorgeous decorative elements and centerpieces to perfectly complement the outdoor setting, provided a wonderful team to manage the drinks and dessert stations, wrangled family and friends, kept track of the rings and vow books, made on-the-spot adjustments to the flow of the event, and managed to pop up with a Tide stick right on time. Above all, Desiree championed an unwavering defense of our happiness and ability to be in the moment and not worry about a thing. She was the perfect hype woman, point person, and personal assistant that we needed to truly relax and enjoy the wedding we had spent so long planning and looking forward to. Desiree really went above and beyond for me for my wedding. It had been postponed for 2 full years and had to survive changing vendors over multiple reschedules because of the pandemic. When it came to dealing with me and my family with emotions running really high due to all that stress, and the fact that I was working a demanding job full time while that all went on, Desiree's support was essential. She was always professional and calm, plus made sure my wishes were heard which wasn't always easy. She made sure to get me last minute linen changes that were essential for the look I wanted on the tables when a vendor fell through. She and my mum also scrambled to make another last minute wish happen when my husband finally understood what he wanted. I really appreciate all she had to go through with the especially fraught circumstances. She was constantly pitching in, even during my bridal shower cleaning up, to helping me change my shoes during the end of the ceremony. You'd be very lucky to have her on your team as a bride.
