Papers Plus is an absolutely perfect stationary store for all occasions. My family and I worked with Judy to select the perfect William Arthur invitations that set the entire tone of the wedding, as well as serving up to be quite a conversation piece. The elegance of the font, monogram and color selections truly brought the invitation together - which Judy advised and helped us with every step of the way! Closer to the date of the wedding, Judy prepared us on all the details she required to create the place-cards and table numbers to our liking, which she printed for us in house. All of the in house designs and printing looked absolutely flawless and just like that of a true calligraphy masterpiece. We worked with Judy at Papers Plus and I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. She helped us select invitations, wedding ceremony programs, thank you note stationary, and even cute personalized cocktail napkins for the wedding reception. There are hundreds of websites that you can go to and select save-the-dates, wedding invitations, thank you cards, and more. However, the problem with that is even though you can customize them online, until the product is actually in your hands, you don't know exactly what you are getting. At Papers Plus, they have THOUSANDS of options. Debbie sat down with us and provided us with many different samples of paper, ink colors, and huge sample books that we could actually go through and touch the paper /hold the product we were ordering. This makes it a much more personal experience. Debbie also showed us many samples of items they created within the last 2-3 years to give us an idea of what was in style and popular these days. Papers Plus is your typical "mom and pop" boutique that clearly has a great reputation in the Stevenson/Baltimore area, because they have been in business for many years and provide excellent service. They have options for any budget. You can find a save-the-date that will cost you $1.25, or one that could cost you $5.00. It really depends how much you are willing to spend and how fancy you want it to be. Papers Plus will give you the option to make it as simple or as high-end as you like. You will always receive a proof prior to the item going into production and they will call you the very day they have it. We received many compliments on the save-the-date and wedding invitation. I would definitely recommend checking this place out before going with a standard template online. I don’t think anything compares to actually touching and feeling the quality of the paper. It really makes all the difference. We had a wonderful experience at Paper Plus, and I would recommend it to those couples who really want that “wow” reaction from their guests when their save-the-date or wedding invitation arrives in the mail.
