Loved my announcements - they helped me design them at the store. The ink on the envelope turned out wrong, and they gave me lots of choices, as far as reprinting, not having ink, or refunding the money I paid to have them printed. They weren't ready when I went to pick them up, and had someone deliver them to my home just a few hours later. I was very happy with how it all turned out...
