Food was amazing, said our guests! IN addition, they took care of the tables/chairs/seat covers/table settings/even all the cake cutting and delivering!

When it came to hiring a Korean catering company for our wedding, we had a few to choose from. Honestly, I went through yelp reviews and found that palace catering was the most reviewed out of the 5 companies I looked through. When setting up the appointment for a taste testing, it was easy and they responded quickly to me and my wedding planner. At the tasting, they were flexible to work with what I wanted taken out and what I wanted brought in. So, sure enough we went this this company because my mom tasted with me another one and said that Palace had more variety of foods which is true compared to the other vendor we tasted.

The day of the wedding, they did not bring enough servers as my wedding planner told me which meant that they didn't help with cleanup as much and it is a good thing I hired a cleanup crew to begin with as they slacked off on how many people they would bring. When it came to the food menu, I chose the middle package and thought when we paid was for the middle package. The day of the wedding there are many foods on the table that I didn't recognize at the tasting. Forward after the wedding, I found out that they had us pay for the most expensive package that I didn't want. Well event was over so can't change anything now. I would just recommend that they be specific in asking which package before just asking for money.

Also, the food tasted great and all our guests loved the food so there were no complaints about that. I do have to complain about the leftover food though. They packaged the leftover food, but gave us all the cheap stuff. I was told there was a lot of ribs left, but I didn't receive any of that. All in all, my family reminded me that when it comes to Korean catering. There should be a family member in charge to make sure that the food that was ordered is correct. I feel like we probably wasted a lot of food. My husband and I are big foodies and we are happy that all our guests loved the food and had no complaints about it. The behind the scenes is what was a little shady.
