Ludger's Catering & Events

Ludger's catering made our dreams come true to fit our renaissance theme wedding. I had searched for months for any places that could get us TURKEY legs for our main entree. Once I got in contact, Lindsay was extremely helpful, accommodating, and effectively communicative. Their staff did an awesome job in set up and clean up of guest plates. On top of the service, the food was DELICIOUS.

MICHELLE is a superhuman. At one point during the wedding I asked her if she needed anything from me & she said "I need you to enjoy the day & worry about nothing." She felt like family- like the badass, highly successful boss woman aunt. Ludgers helped with EVERYTHING. They have awesome relationships with other vendors & can get you what you need. Michelle is unbelievable in her organization & ability to keep track of everything. She outlined the process of catering for a wedding very clearly from day one. I can't imagine going with anyone else.

Food was delicious- apps- steak & crostini, caprese salad skewers, dinner- roasted chicken, prime rib, and guests said the veggie lasagna was the best veg option they've ever had at a wedding. kids chicky tenders & macncheese was great. Dessert- Chocolate coconut bars, strawberry shortcake shooters & cannolis- all delicious. We also had them help us with linens, tables, chairs, and the bars. They were able to bring a bartender to the venue early to serve us drinks while getting ready. I am not kidding when I say that they will literally help with anything.

We even got a gift from them after the wedding. Leading up to the wedding, a few of our other vendors would ask us who is catering- when we said Ludger's they all said "GOOD!" Their reputation says it all. I hope you get the opportunity to see them in action & feel the joy that comes working with such delightful humans (and delicious food is a bonus!).

Ludger's blew me away from the very beginning of my wedding planning process. Their professionalism and response time is absolutely unmatched. Michelle and Lindsay were an absolute dream to work with, they made everything SO easy. We knew immediately after our tasting that we wanted to book them. The sliced roast beef, mashed potatoes, and veggies were SO good. On my wedding day, Ludger's staff went above and beyond, and even my wedding planner made a comment on how great they were. Our food was hot and delicious- our guests were full and happy!

Michelle was delightful to work with. She organized the sit down meal for my wedding and it came out perfectly! She also organized my rentals so that I didn't have to do it. We had several meetings both in person and virtually which was very convenient. I had some picky eaters at my wedding and there were no complaints!

I can not say enough good things about Michelle and her team. When we first started contacting caterers, we were frustrated by the lack of communication we were getting, but from the beginning, Ludgers was so prompt and detailed in every reply. Michelle was one of the kindest, most friendly vendors that we worked with, and we had a blast planning our wedding with her. We went to do our tasting and were amazed by how great the food was. Our guests are still telling us how good the food was almost a month later. Most importantly, my husband and I got to actually sit down and eat (which we were warned we wouldn't have time to) because they made us a plate the minute we walked in the door, and even packaged up leftovers for our getaway car! 10/10, I will absolute use Ludgers again if I ever find myself hosting another event.

Ludger’s catered our wedding as well as helped out with our rentals. Michelle was absolutely fabulous to work with and her staff that she sent out the day of our wedding was phenomenal. Everyone loved the food and couldn’t stop raving about the Bourbon Glazed Beef. Highly recommend Ludger’s!

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Michelle in preparation for my wedding. From the very first meeting to the day of our wedding, I knew we were in good hands. Everything went so smoothly, thanks to Michelle and her staff. Every little detail and request was accounted for and our wedding was a dream. The day of was stress-free with Ludger's and everyone was so impressed with the food and service. Ludgers catering offers delicious food, attentive and kind stuff, at a heck of a good deal. When I told my family how much they were charging us, comparing it to our first career, my family was certain we were going to get hit with some sort of hidden fee.

Nope. We should’ve though - we had a lot of extra people show up on our wedding day that Ludgers had to wait on during our cocktail hour. Instead, everyone was kind and happy to improvise. We received so many compliments on how good the food was - our parents even stole our honeymoon night take home plate! My husband and I were thoroughly impressed with how kind and helpful their staff was.

Ludgers was a great company to work with. Not only are they super professional, they had the best tasting food. When I think of catered food, I think of bland cold food that’s been sitting out. Maybe from past experiences from other people but with Ludgers that was anything but the truth. They arrived on time, set everything up, and kept the food coming and hot for all the guests. We had a taco bar and even down to the salsa and guacamole came out amazing. (I’m picky about that) I’d hire them again for any party I need catered. Even just an office party!! Thank you Ludgers!! And thank you to Michelle who went above and beyond to work with my changing path!
