while we did have a hiccup with our order Pacifica Pavilion did everything they could to fix it immediately while also refunding part of our money. Their staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. They were also very flexible with the delivery of our floral arrangements to multiple locations. I would definately recommend using them for any floral need!
