We used a 40 passenger bus for our wedding bus! It was perfect. Arrived right on time, the driver was so friendly, took us around Bend (exactly where we requested), waited for us to take pictures, and had us to our reception just in time. Highly recommend using Pacific Crest Charters!!

We worked with Carrie to secure and update our booking, and she was incredibly patient with us as we changed timings, routes, and the number of buses multiple times. Initially, communication was a bit slow, and it was sometimes difficult to reach someone through the main line, which had a full mailbox—this did raise some concerns. However, once we had Carrie's direct contact information, everything went much more smoothly.

In the end, despite our initial concerns, the service turned out perfect! Carrie provided us with our driver's name and number ahead of time, which was very reassuring. Our driver, Andrew, was fantastic—he was friendly, professional, and very chill. He drove both for our wedding and our pub crawl, handling everything seamlessly, even being patient with a few stragglers on the second day.
