I met pachi at the bridal expo and I just New I had to go with her. I went for my trial and left very satisfied along with my sister who was my maid of honor. Everyone loves my make up so much that they wanted her to do there's to. My wedding was July 16, of this year 2017, pachi was on time and ready to make me loo beautiful. She did my both of my sisters, my mom and my cousin. Everyone could not stop complimenting us. Pachi you are awesome and I will be contacting you a lot more. I hired Pachi for my Spring Wedding this past April and I am still receiving compliments on my makeup, three months later! Pachi truly understood my face and used her palette to enhance my features. She also did the makeup of my seven bridesmaids, mother, and mother-in-law, with the same care and attention to detail. I hired Pachi Cosmetics after meeting her at the Bridal expo. She was super nice and sweet and her prices were right in line in what I was looking for to pay. Especially since I was getting married down the shore and every resource I reached out to was charging me an arm and a leg. I had my trial back in Oct.2016 and I loved it so much ! Pachi is very sweet, very easy to talk to and very understanding. If she misses your call she will text you back or call you back. We texted a lot and spoke over the phone a few times. Always responsive. Wedding Day: May 6, 2017 came and Pachi and Mecca were there bright and early. They were both not feeling too good and pushed through and made me and my bridal party look absolutely stunning. The make up lasted all night and my bridal party and I more than satisfied. I look back at the pictures from the night time and I did not even need touch ups! I already recommend them to my cousin who is getting married in Nov. She has also booked them. Beautiful job with hair and makeup for bridal party of 15! Even in 100 degree heat, my makeup still looked flawless by the end of the night!

I met Pachi at a bridal expo over the summer and was so excited to work with her. Her prices were reasonable, and she seemed like so much fun. I made an appointment for a hair and makeup trial on a Monday in December. A couple of hours before my appointment, I received a phone call from Pachi saying the woman who was supposed to be doing my hair was very sick and was in the hospital. I wasn't sure if that was true or not, but I had absolutely no problem rescheduling. Pachi was very apologetic and made me a new appointment for a few weeks later. So on the day of my new appointment, I tried calling to make sure the appointment was still on, because no one ever called to confirm. I called a dozen times, sent Facebook messages, Instagram messages, and even commented on Instagram pictures (which Pachi later deleted), hoping someone would see . Never heard from anyone. I decided to go to the location anyway, assuming that they would be there ready for my appointment. I show up and all the lights are off, no one is there. I called Pachi a few more times- no response. She did, however, answer the phone when my mother called from her cell phone (an unknown number). Pachi proceeded to tell me how someone called and cancelled my appointment. Odd, since I never called and I actually showed up for the appointment. What I'm assuming is that when Pachi called me to cancel my first appointment, my new appointment was never placed on the schedule, and I was simply forgotten about. Not a great feeling for a bride-to-be. I decided to go with another company, since I definitely don't want to possibly be forgotten about on my wedding day.
